COVID-19 has impacted Canadians and increased food insecurity across Canada.

Many are burdened with unemployment, financial constraints, and a lack of transportation and mobility issues that impact their access to food.

This Ramadan, Islamic Relief Canada will be working with restaurants and various groups to provide hot meals to the unhoused, seniors and low-income families.

For the weekend of April 17/18 in Ramadan, we will be partnering with various restaurants and organizations to provide 3,200 meals in 21 cities across Canada for a National Day of Action.
